best brekkie in Canberra?

Open to suggestions on where to find a decent butcher in Canberra as have struck out so far in my quest for fresh goat or rabbit.  But, thank god, we appear to have found somewhere (without Silo's queue!) that at least knows 1) how to poach an egg properly so that the yolk is ribbony soft and the white wobbly 2) has bacon, cooked so that you get that leeetlle bit of burnt crackly bacon while still being able to indulge in tender, moist, flavoursome bacon and 3) has decent coffee.  Plus, you can sit outside (so Pernod, the bichon, got to enjoy it too!)
